Growing Talent for Tomorrow

Green Country Workforce is pleased to host the second Growing Talent for Tomorrow event. The event will host three panels discussing:

1. Hiring Immigrant and Diverse Populations – Recruiting and Retaining Diverse Talent,
2. Hiring Justice-Involved – From a Human Resources Perspective, and
3. Retention Strategies amid the “Great Resignation”.

 Participants will get to hear from their peers on how they successfully hire employees from these populations, as well as current tactics on retaining employees.

The event will be hybrid in nature with programming in person at Northeastern State University’s campus in Broken Arrow but will also allow for a virtual experience. The on-campus participants will have access to information about partner services, as well as lunch.
